Woman dies after bypass crash

A WOMAN who was injured in a crash on the Dumfries bypass has died, it was announced today.

Yvonne Blackman, 66, of Dalton, near Lockerbie, passed away from her injuries at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow yesterday.
She was the driver of a Toyota Yaris that was involved in a serious collision with two other vehicles on the A75 bypass on February 8.
Police today said the Procurator Fiscal has been informed of her death.
