JAX Jones, Liberty X and DJ Sammy are some of the acts set to perform at Youth Beatz 2025.
The headline acts were announced last Thursday at a special event at the Oasis Youth Centre, with this year promising to be bigger and better than ever before.
The full festival takes place over a nine-day period, with the Youth Beatz Fringe taking place across every ward area the region, culminating in the two main event days on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29 at Park Farm.
The main event days will be attended by 20,000 people per day, and Youth Beatz 2025 will continue to deliver a wide range of activities, musical performances from emerging young talent from across Dumfries and Galloway, as well as welcoming chart-topping DJ, producer Jax Jones.
Busting onto the scene with ‘You Don’t Know Me’ he’s since become a global dance music force, blending house, pop and funk into infectious anthems that dominate playlists worldwide, but the DJ is looking forward to being in Dumfries in June, he said: “I can’t wait to come back to Dumfries again to perform at Youth Beatz. Scottish crowds always bring the most fun and I know that it will be the same this Summer. Bring your dancing shoes because its going to be great!”
Also performing at Park Farm are pop trailblazers Liberty X have had eight top 10 UK hits including ‘Just a Little’. They have had sell out tours, 3 albums and have performed to sell-out crowds across the world.
DJ Sammy rounds out the 2025 headliners, having sold more than 20 million records and has been the recipient of countless awards, the global superstar is without a doubt one of the most successful electronic music artists of all time.
More main stage acts are still to be announced with more artist reveals taking place at a second launch event in Stranraer.

Youth Beatz provides young people from across Dumfries and Galloway with a fantastic festival experience in their local area, as well as valuable experiences through volunteering opportunities such as performing in the immersive youth led drama production The Toon, and participation in the annual Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award residential. I am once again looking forward to welcoming young people from across Dumfries and Galloway and the rest of Scotland through the gates at Park Farm on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 June.”
